Flatliners was released on November 2017 in cinemas. The genre of this movie are science-fiction and thriller. There are five dominant characters in this movie and roled by actors Ellen Page as Courtney as the main character, Kiersney Clemson as Sophia, James Norton as Jamie, Diego Luna as Ray, and Nina Dobrev as Marlo. The storyline of the Flatliners is about the students of Doctoral internship that make a way to jump out their soul to the supernatural world. The mysteries following plotline during this film will make the audience shrink their forehead. Maybe you would not get the true meaning of the scenes when seeing this film just for the first time.

The story begin when Courtney, as a main character was, did a carelessness while driving with her sister in the car and had an accident that made her sister die. In the next scene, she is in the doctoral internship and then do a research about flat lining. She start to invite her friends into the secret basement to do the dangerous way to flat-lining. The situation is supporting the moment to continue the research due to the headmaster of doctoral internship want their students to not just learn but also invent innovations to the medical history. Then, Courtney as the predecessor of the flatlining and her friends are the success to do a flat lining and get the benefits from it. The brain could improve more to remember all the memories related about what they have learned, past time moments, and also a bad experience.
All is going well until the bad experience of their life become real and demanding a reply. That is the impact of the brain access that could enhance to remembering memories. They are started to haunt by their sins in the past and have to get a forgiveness from the people they were harmed. Finally, Courtney dies because she can not forgive her past. And other friends of her are safe because they already got a forgiveness from people they were harmed. Then, the mystery revealed that the flat-lining method founded by Courtney is not to get a reward from the hospital. But it is a way chosen by her to meet her sister that died in the past in the car accident, however, it is all just nothing. Due to Courtney does not have turn to die so she does not meet her sister in flatlining.
Overall this movie is interesting enough to bring your imagination into the middle world; not the real nor supernatural. But did you ever thought that the afterlife experience will give everyone a different perspective on life. In addition, many cases about the torpor suspect change their life to be better than before. Is that sound convenient you? Most of them feeling the real world is better than the afterlife, sometimes it is abstract and unspeakable. In the right hand, this movie brings that meaning too. You need to thank God what are you deserve now, remember you can't change the past, but you still have a future to change.
